The Danish Group, Dansk Landbrugs Grovvareselskab (DLG A.m.b.A.), today announced the sale of the agricultural Grass and Soil implement business of Kongskilde Industries to Italian CNH Industrial, one of  the world’s leading manufacturers of agricultural machinery.

With the sale, DLG finalizes the last and most important part of a divestment process started in 2013.

CNH Industrial acquires Kongskilde’s agricultural machinery, including all production plants in Kutno (Poland) og Överum (Sweden), a leasing agreement of Kongskildes production plant in Hudson, Illinois (USA) as well as activities on Kongskilde’s other markets.

DLG keeps the activities in Kongskilde Industry and Kongskilde Grain.

The deal is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
