Deutsche Telekom AG ("Deutsche Telekom") announced the signing of an agreement to sell Strato AG to United Internet.

Hengeler Mueller is advising Deutsche Telekom on the transaction. The Hengeler Mueller team is led by partner Christof Jäckle (Frankfurt) and includes partners Emanuel Strehle (Munich) (both M&A), Ernst-Thomas Kraft (Tax, Frankfurt), counsel Fabian Seip (industry specific issues, Berlin) as well as associates Maximilian Clostermeyer, Sebastian Schneider and Alexander Bekier (all M&A).
