Colosseum Dental Group acquired the controlling stake in FB 32 S.r.l., the holding that manages the dental clinics group operating under the brand of “Odontosalute”, founded in 2008 by Dr. Fabio Boscolo.

Colosseum Dental Group, a group controlled by Jacobs Holding AG that is already operating more than 150 dental care clinics in Norway, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Denmark, with the acquisition of Odontosalute will become one of the leading dental care operators in Italy.

Colosseum Dental Group was advised by Nctm Studio Legale, with a team including, respectively, Pietro Zanoni and Lucia Corradi  in relation to M&A matters and Barbara Aloisi and Laura Frisoli in relation to financial matters.

Odontosalute was advised by Raynaud Studio Legale, with a team comprising Daniele Raynaud, Barbara Degli Esposti and Cecilia Dal Re.

Alantra and Finint Corporate Advisors (Banca Finint Group) acted as financial advisors to the buyer and Lincoln International acted as financial advisor to the seller.
