We assisted Finntemet Oy in the sale of the majority shareholding of Environics Oy to funds managed by Verso Ventures.

Environics Oy is a leading developer of gas detection and analyser devices and systems, which are used by industrial, government and military organisations worldwide to identify and measure chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) substances.
