Hogan Lovells and Willkie Farr & Gallagher have advised on the financing of the acquisition by Homair Vacances of the European camping holiday provider, Eurocamp, from UK-based company Holidaybreak.
This acquisition, which was finalised on Wednesday 10 September 2014, confirms Homair Vacances' position as a European leader in outdoor accommodation, with over 15,000 mobile homes on approximately 300 campsites located principally in France, Spain, Italy and Croatia.
The Hogan Lovells team, which advised Natixis and Société Générale as arrangers of Homair's debt facilities, was made up of Paris-based partner Olivier Fille-Lambie, Ariane Berthoud, counsel and Maria Klass, associate. The team also included Paul Mullen, partner in the London office, as well as associates Oliver Shafe and Julie Ngov, who advised on the English law aspects of the financing.
For its part, Willkie Farr & Gallagher advised Homair Vacances on the financing through a team led by Paul Lombard, partner in the Paris office, alongside Virginie Sayag and Mathilde de Wiljes.
