Watson Farley & Williams has advised HSH Nordbank AG (“HSH Nordbank”) on the financing of the two sub-projects of the Finnish “Ylivieska Pajukoski” wind farm.
For the first part of the wind farm project, HSH Nordbank provided long-term financing of €16 million for the developer and investor reconcept GmbH. This wind farm consists of two Vestas V126 wind energy turbines with a hub height of 137 metres. The second part of the wind farm project consists of seven wind energy turbines of the same type for which HSH Nordbank provided financing of €64.6 million. The investor is the Finnish company Taaleritehdas PLC.
The “Ylivieska Pajukoski” wind farm is located in the region of Ylivieska in central Finland, and has a combined capacity of 29.7 MW.
