Mekonomen Group has through its subsidiary MECA acquired Opus Equipment AB, a comprehensive supplier of workshop equipment to car workshops and vehicle inspection companies. hand

Opus Equipment and its subsidiaries has sales of approx. SEK 135 million and has approx. 70 employees, most of them in Sweden but also at a production site in China. The purchase price amounted to SEK 51 million on a cash-free debt-free basis. The transaction was completed on 2 July 2015. MECA was advised by Setterwalls.

Setterwalls team mainly consisted of Dag Fredlund (M&A), Ingrid Sondell (M&A), Elin Welin (M&A) and Linda Dahlin (IP and IT).
