Effective January 1, 2015, USU Software AG (Frankfurt, Prime Standard, ISIN DE000A0BVU28), Möglingen, acquired all shares in SecurIntegration GmbH, Cologne, to expand its service portfolio in the field of software license management. A team led by Dr. Rainer Herschlein, partner at the Stuttgart office of commercial law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, advised USU on the transaction.

The purchase price of the shares payable in cash consists of a fixed component and an earn-out component and depends on the company's future performance.

SecurIntegration is a software company specializing in SAP license optimization that has created the de facto standard for SAP license management with its proprietary Software License Compliance (SLC). USU Software AG's new subsidiary therefore ideally supplements USU Group's existing software license management portfolio.
