Norton Rose Fulbright advises Oxford Industries on sale of Ben Sherman business

Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Oxford Industries Inc. on the US$63.7 million sale of Ben Sherman business, and its related intellectual property assets, to Marquee Brands LLC.

Oxford Industries, Inc. is a New York Stock Exchange listed apparel company which designs, sources, markets and distributes products bearing the trademarks of its owned and licensed brands. Marquee Brands is a brand acquisition, licensing and development company. Sponsored by Neuberger Berman Private Equity, a business of Neuberger Berman, one of the world's leading employee-owned investment managers. Ben Sherman is a global brand which has operations throughout the UK, US, Europe and Asia Pacific. Founded in 1963, Ben Sherman has a long heritage as a modern brand that has evolved into an irreverent global lifestyle brand for men and women.
