Charles Russell Speechlys has advised London based technology provider, IT Lab, on its acquisition of Manchester-based IT provider, JMC IT.
IT Lab is an award-winning technology and IT managed services provider with 17 years’ experience of delivering the highest standards of service to organisations across all sectors. It is based in London with offices in Woking and Cape Town in South Africa. The company is ranked within the Top 5 European and Top 50 global managed services suppliers.
With a combined turnover approaching £30m, a 300-strong team and in excess of 750 clients, the new firm will lead the way in the UK in managed IT services for SMEs and mid-market organisations.

The Charles Russell Speechlys team was led by Partner Mark Howard, supported by a number of colleagues across the firm’s multidisciplinary Technology, Media & Telecommunications group, including Tom Smitham (Corporate), Christopher Birch (Intellectual Property), Caroline Swain (Commercial), Helen Hutton (Planning & Environment), Ben Ward (Real Estate), Jon Bond and Susan Mitchell (Banking & Finance) and Rachel Walsh (Employment).
