DLA Piper has advised Omega Pharma Invest N.V. and its parent company  Perrigo Company plc on the acquisition of 100 per cent of equity in Naturwohl Pharma GmbH, the owner of Yokebe, one of the leading German dietary supplement brands.

Omega Pharma is part of the Perrigo group, one of the world's largest over-the-counter consumer goods and pharmaceutical companies with its corporate seat in Dublin, Ireland. Omega Pharma is a leading producer of prescription-free drugs, dietary supplement and pharmaceutical products with sales in more than 35 countries worldwide. Omega Pharma was founded 1987 in Ghent, Belgium. In Germany the company is represented in Stuttgart as Omega Pharma Germany GmbH with approximately 150 employees in Herrenberg.
