Osborne Clarke advises Highland Europe on the investment in mobile app analytics start-up adjust

Osborne Clarke has advised Highland Europe on its investment in the start-up company adjust GmbH. With the investment of EUR 15.0 million, the company plans to further accelerate its product expansion, while strengthening its commitment to the mobile marketing industry through pushing forward developments in both fraud and data protection.

Highland Europe is an investor in expansion-stage internet, mobile and software companies demonstrating rapid growth and addressing large market opportunities.

adjust is a business intelligence platform for mobile apps, providing the highest quality analytics and attribution solutions for companies worldwide. Founded in Berlin in 2012, Adjust has received EUR 26.6 million in funding to date.
