DLA Piper has advised the UK-based company Altro Limited on the acquisition of a majority stake in Debolon Dessauer Bodenbeläge GmbH & Co. KG. The deal involved the acquisition of all limited partnership interests, as well as the implementation of a financing structure and a complex purchaser structure. The purchase price has not been disclosed.
Altro Limited is headquartered in the British county of Hertfordshire. The family-owned enterprise is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of interior surfaces, resin systems, flooring and wall cladding systems.
Debolon Dessauer Bodenbeläge GmbH & Co. KG is a family-run manufacturer of vinyl flooring, with a current workforce of 120 people.
