Osborne Clarke has advised UK NewVoiceMedia on its £30m Series F round of funding.

A leading global provider of cloud technology which helps businesses sell more, serve better and grow faster, NewVoiceMedia has secured funding from a number of investors including Salesforce Ventures, Salesforce’s global corporate investment group and new investor BGF Ventures as well as from existing shareholders Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV), Bessemer Venture Partners (BVP), Highland Capital Partners Europe and Eden Ventures.

The Osborne Clarke team that advised on the deal was led by Partner Rob Wood, who was assisted by Senior Associate Mike Freer. Osborne Clarke has worked alongside NewVoiceMedia throughout its growth journey, raising over $130m through multiple funding rounds.
