The Royal Bank of Scotland is the arranger of the Programme and BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays, BNP Paribas, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs International, HSBC, J.P. Morgan Cazenove, The Royal Bank of Scotland and UBS Investment Bank are dealers under the Programme.
