Global law firm DLA Piper has advised 77 Victoria Street Trust and Sandrift PTE Ltd, members of the Consortium that proposes to acquire all of the remaining shares in Onthehouse Holdings Limited (ASX:OTH) via a scheme of arrangement announced on 6 July. The proposed transaction values the business at more than AU$70,000,000.
Onthehouse Holdings Limited (Onthehouse) provides integrated platforms for office administration, property sales and management applications, online advertising solutions and other business performance tools for real estate agents, other property professionals and financial institutions.
In addition to 77 Victoria Street Trust and Sandrift PTE Ltd, the Consortium includes PIQ1 Pty Ltd and Macquarie Corporate Holdings Pty Limited (both wholly owned subsidiaries of Macquarie Group Limited). DLA Piper advised 77 Victoria Street Trust and Sandrift PTE Ltd (entities with which Michael Dempsey and Daniel Dempsey are affiliated) on all legal aspects of their role in the acquisition.
