Sidley advised Independent Clinical Services (ICS), a portfolio company of TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P., on its acquisition of Liquid Personnel Limited (LPL). ICS is a leading provider of health, life sciences and social care staffing and services to the UK health sector. LPL provides temporary and permanent jobs to qualified social work professionals in a wide range of local authorities, NHS Trusts, fostering agencies, charities and other private sector organizations throughout the UK.
