As part of the TV program‚ “Die Höhle der Löwen”, Jennifer Browarczyk, the founder of a marriage platform “Foreverly”, convinced Jochen Schweizer and the jury to invest EUR 150,000 in her company, which was founded in 2015. As a result, Jochen Schweizer Ventures acquired 10 percent of the shares of the Berlin-based start-up. King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) provided legal advice to Jochen Schweizer with regard to the investment.
”Foreverly” offers engaged couples an overview of various useful service providers on its website or via an app to facilitate the planning and organisation of their wedding.
”Die Höhle der Löwen”, which is privately broadcasted by VOX, provides a platform for people with creative business ideas to introduce their projects to various experts. Candidates present their ideas to five successful entrepreneurs, the so-called “lions”. One of them is Jochen Schweizer, who decided to support the business idea as well.
King & Wood Mallesons advised Jochen Schweizer on previous investments discovered on the TV program including Lendstar, Babo Blue and Hip Trips.
