Nabarro has advised Canaccord Genuity as sole bookrunner and broker on the accelerated book build (ABB) by main market listed Tyman plc to raise approximately £19.1 million before expenses.
Tyman is a leading international supplier of engineered components to the door and window industry. Tyman will use the net proceeds of the placing to reduce the group's balance sheet gearing and provide structural headroom on the group's banking facilities following the acquisition of Bilco, which was announced at the same time as the placing. Bilco is a North American manufacturer of engineered access and egress products for the commercial and residential markets.
The Nabarro team comprised Corporate partner Alasdair Steele, US counsel David Rivera and Corporate senior associate Sarah Etherington. Eversheds were advisors to Tyman.
Commenting on the deal, partner Alasdair Steele said:
"In these difficult markets leading up to the 'Brexit' vote, it is particularly pleasing to see there continues to be investor appetite for supporting growing listed companies."
