Norton Rose Fulbright and Levy, Stopol & Camelo, LLP have advised VOXX International on the sale of Hirschmann Car Communication to Swiss-headquartered TE Connectivity.
VOXX International Corporation is a leading, New York-listed global manufacturer and supplier of consumer electronic products in the automotive, premium audio, and accessory industries. Due to a strategic reorientation, VOXX International has decided to sell the Hirschmann Car Communication Group, which has only been acquired in 2012.
