DLA Piper has advised FiveTen Group on the sale of Antal Russia, one of the largest recruitment companies in Russia and other CIS countries, to Antal International Group.

Founded in 1994, Antal Russia used to be part of the Antal International Group. In 2008 Antal Russia was sold to FiveTen Group in one of the largest private recruitment company sales in Russia. In June 2017 Antal Russia was reacquired by Antal International.

DLA Piper assisted the client with all the aspects of this complex deal, including tax and regulatory matters.
