DLA Piper has advised the shareholders of NodeOne Group AB in relation to the sale of all shares in the company to Digitalist Group PLC, which is listed on the NASDAQ Helsinki.

NodeOne Group AB is the parent company of Wunderkraut Sweden AB, which is a leading digital and web development company with clients such as Spotify, Viking Line, Nordea and Telia. Following the transaction, Wunderkraut Sweden AB will become Digitalist Sweden, strengthening Digitalist Group’s offering within web design and development.

As consideration Digitalist Group conducted a directed share issue of new Digitalist Group shares which were subscribed by shareholders of NodeOne Group AB in a share exchange transaction.
