Our Corporate Group, led by partners Jori Taipale and Mikko Ahonen, acted as a legal advisor for Finnish manufacturer of smart hybrid and electric drivetrains Visedo Oy and its shareholders as Danfoss A/S acquired all outstanding shares and options in Visedo Oy. The acquisition includes all Visedo subsidiaries globally and a design and manufacturing site located at its headquarters in Lappeenranta. Our services included in addition to full-service advisory in relation to transaction, a creation of novel post-closing incentive scheme for the key management and the employees.

Visedo Oy is a world-leading expert in electric solutions for the off-highway and marine markets. Visedo has subsidiaries in the Netherlands and Hong Kong and a broad, international client base, with exports to Europe and Asia representing 90 percent of its sales. The company will be integrated into the Danfoss Power Solutions business segment.
