Norton Rose Fulbright advises on the sale of a leading mobile messaging company in Poland

Norton Rose Fulbright has advised the individual shareholders on the sale of shares of ComVision sp. z o.o.

ComVision is a leader in self-service mobile messaging in Poland with a market share of more than 40 per cent.

The shares were bought by LINK Mobility Group ASA, one of Europe's leading providers in mobile communications, specialized in mobile messaging services, mobile solutions and mobile data intelligence.

The transaction was completed based on an agreed enterprise value of EU16 million on a cash-free and debt-free basis.

Norton Rose Fulbright provided advice throughout the transaction, including in drafting and negotiating the transaction agreements.
