Having previously advised Zenium Holdings Limited on the sale of its Turkish assets in October 2017, the Charles Russell Speechlys team are pleased to have also advised the management team and shareholders of Zenium Topco Limited on the sale of the company and its subsidiaries (“Zenium”) to CyrusOne Inc. (NASDAQ: CONE) (“CyrusOne”).
Zenium is a leading hyperscale data center provider in Europe, with two properties in London and two in Frankfurt - the continent’s two largest data center markets.
