Davis Polk advised JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as administrative agent in connection with a $2.5 million revolving credit facility for Johnson Controls, Inc. The facility will be used for general corporate purposes.

Founded in 1885, it creates products, services and solutions to optimize energy and operational efficiencies of buildings, lead-acid automotive batteries and advanced batteries for hybrid and electric vehicles and interior systems for automobiles.
