Ashurst advised Dock 100 GmbH & Co. KG on the sale of business and logistics park "Dock 100" in Berlin-Tegel. Asset manager BEOS AG acquired the park for an international group of investors. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The area has a total size of 80,300 square metres, the lettable space has a size of 91,450 square metres. The main tenants in Dock 100 are, amongst others, PCS GmbH, a company in the area of energy conversion, IT services provider Mercoline GmbH, the beverage company Ambrosetti GbR and Bierlinie GmbH, a beer speciality sales company.
