The Austrian call center specialist Competence Call Center Holding GmbH (CCC) has founded, together with airberlin, the Luftfahrtservice Call Center GmbH (LCC), based in Berlin. The joint venture company will serve to further professionalise airberlin’s customer services. Some 200 airberlin employees have been transferred from its customer services to LCC. From now on, CCC will operate exclusively for airberlin as a call center service provider.
CCC is a European call center provider with more than 4,500 employees in 7 countries, offering its clients internationally renowned call center services of the highest calibre as well as multilingual solutions in 28 languages. The firm’s core expertise includes incoming calls, outgoing calls, email/fax/letter correspondence, live chat, social media monitoring and responding in addition to e-commerce solutions.
