Firm advises on Palatine Private Equity acquisition of CET UK from Dunedin.

Palatine Private Equity, a UK mid-market private equity house, has acquired Derbyshire based CET UK, a major provider of outsourcing services to the insurance and construction industries, from Dunedin.

The Burges Salmon team, led by Banking partner Rachael Ruane, advised long term client Beechbrook Capital in their capacity as mezzanine lender on all legal aspects of funding for the transaction.

Simpson Thacher Represents JPMorgan in Amendment and Restatement of Credit Agreement for Wolverine

The Firm recently represented JPMorgan in connection with an amendment to Wolverine World Wide’s credit facility to, among other things, provide for (a) a term loan A facility in an aggregate principal amount of $200 million, and (b) an increased revolving credit facility with total commitments of $800 million.

Silverfleet Capital‘s Acquisition Financing of Praxis Herning

Shearman & Sterling advised Silverfleet Capital and their portfolio company 7days on the financing of the add-on acquisition of Praxis Herning A/S, a Danish supplier of specialist workwear. Managing Directors Jesper Rasmussen and Søren Wortmann, who are the majority shareholders of Praxis, will continue to manage the business and are acquiring an interest in 7days as part of the transaction.

White & Case Advises Banks in Financing for Waterland's Acquisition of Stake in Intracto

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised ING Belgium SA/NV, KBC Bank NV and Belfius Bank NV, as mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners, on a financing for Waterland's acquisition of a stake in Intracto.

Intracto is a fast growing digital agency servicing clients in the Benelux. Waterland is an independent private equity investment group that supports entrepreneurs in realizing their growth ambitions.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by local partner Hadrien Servais with support from associate Eline Souffriau.

White & Case Advises Natgasoline on US$900 Million Financing

Global law firm White & Case LLP advised US methanol producer Natgasoline LLC and its shareholders, OCI N.V. and Consolidated Energy Limited, on an approximate US$900 million optimization of its capital structure.

The financing comprises a US$565 million Term Loan B with a seven-year term, a US$60 million revolving credit facility with a five-year term, and a US$336 million bond with a 13-year term, which was issued in the US market.

Ashurst advises Siccar Point Energy on increase and extension of debt facility to US$800 million

International law firm Ashurst has advised Siccar Point Energy on the increase of its existing reserve based lending facility ('RBL') from US$600 million to US$800 million. The agreement, reached with the participation of all Siccar Point Energy's existing banks, includes an extension of its maturity by two years, to 2025.

The Ashurst team was led by oil and gas financing partner Huw Thomas, assisted by associate Nicole Lim. The team worked closely with David Sheach, general counsel of Siccar Point Energy.

Ashurst advises DPE portfolio company Erdo Holding B.V. on financing the acquisition of Gilden Group

Ashurst advised Erdo Holding B.V., a portfolio company of DPE Deutsche Private Equity Management III GmbH (DPE) based in Munich on the financing of the acquisition of the Gilden Group (Gilden). Gilden is a leading Dutch roofing business.

Ashurst regularly advises Deutsche Private Equity and already advised DPE on the initital transaction in 2017, when DPE acquired a majority stake in Gilden.
