The European Investment Bank, which functions as the bank of the European Union, supports projects that make a significant contribution to growth, employment, economic and social cohesion and environmental sustainability, both in the EU and beyond. The notes were listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on October 10, 2018.

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse and Jefferies, in connection with the EU1.3 billion 144A/Reg. S high-yield fixed and floating rate senior secured notes offering of Rossini S.a r.l., a Luxembourg-based debt vehicle used by CVC Capital Partners to finance the acquisition of FIMEI S.p.A, a majority owner of Recordati S.p.A, an international specialty pharmaceutical company. The notes were listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on October 26, 2018.

DBM, a wholly Government-owned and systematically important bank,were priced at 98.973% on a coupon of 7.25% to yield 7.50%.

The offering was made pursuant to MUFG’s shelf registration statement on Form F-3 under the Securities Act.
