Frankfurt - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it has advised 7Days Media Services, a leading press distribution company and a subsidiary of 7Days Group, on the acquisition of Naville Distribution SA, Dynapress Marketing SA, and Presse-Import SA, from Valora Group.
The three companies are leaders in media services in the B2B sector in Switzerland. With the acquisition, 7Days Media Services continues the overall expansion strategy of 7Days Group in Europe.
Paul Hastings has advised 7Days Group in a number of acquisitions and general corporate matters in the past, most recently in the acquisition of the Güll Group.
