Houthoff Buruma advised Agrial on the acquisition of the Dutch Group Van Oers United. Agrial is the fifth largest French agricultural food processing cooperative group in France, with a reported turnover of € 4.2 billion in 2014. With this transaction Agrial will consolidate its international position in the Northern European markets, expand its range of vegetables and secure year-round product availability.
