Baker & McKenzie advised the Air Liquide-Group on the sale of its polymer technology business to the French plant engineering company Technip. The transaction is expected to close by year-end, subject to customary approval.
Air Liquide-Group is world leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health. As part of Global E&C (Engineering & Construction) Solutions Germany and based in Frankfurt, Germany, the sale business includes technologies for the processing of polyesters and polyamides1, research and development facilities, and a team of around 40 skilled engineers, researchers and project teams.
