Chammas & Marcheteau (Denis Marcheteau, partner, Antonin Cubertafond, counsel, Jérôme Chapron, contributor) accompanied Quattrocento and its shareholders (including existing investors and business angels who have reinvested at that time) as part of an investment of total $ 5.2 million.

In this fundraiser, Quattrocento hosts the French Tech Acceleration Fund (managed by Bpifrance in the future investment program), alongside existing investors and business angels.

Created in 2010, Quattrocento is a business creator in the life sciences sector. Quattrocento manages four companies to date, part of the capital is held by researchers at the origin of scientific discovery that will be transformed into a product. With this new investment, Quattrocento will create new start-ups and strengthen links with the Technology Transfer Acceleration Companies.

Delphine Tarbé Saint Hardouin, a lawyer, was in charge of social documentation on behalf of the Quattrocento.
