Charles Russell Speechlys has advised The Real Experience Group on two recent acquisitions in the group travel and education sectors.

We first advised on the acquisition of The English Studios Limited, an English language school business based in London. We then also advised on the acquisition of i-to-i TEFL, the accredited TEFL course provider, from TUI.

The Real Experience Group offers a range of specialist group travel and educational brands providing impactful experiences for all ages, from primary pupils on their first residential school trip to adults studying abroad or working abroad. The Group’s brands can be viewed on its website.
