CMS Hasche Sigle advises Rambøll on acquisition of Putz & Partner

Hamburg – International consultancy Rambøll, headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, has acquired all of the shares in Hamburg-based consulting company Putz & Partner. Rambøll is expanding its presence in Germany via the acquisition and bolstering its Management Consulting division.

A CMS Hasche Sigle team led by Dr Sebastian Orthmann advised Rambøll on all legal aspects of the transaction. CMS Hasche Sigle previously advised Rambøll on the acquisition of Hamburg-based IMS Ingenieursgesellschaft mbH in 2012 (engineering consulting) and of Atelier Dreiseitl of Überlingen (sustainable water and landscape planning) in April 2013.

Rambøll Group A/S employs 10,500 people in 200 offices across 21 countries worldwide, providing technical engineering and planning services relating to buildings, transport, the environment, energy, oil & gas and management consulting. Founded in 1989, Putz & Partner Unternehmensberatung AG has around 100 employees. Its service portfolio includes management consultancy, managing complex projects, and interim management covering every stage from strategy development to operational implementation. The company's customers include more than ten DAX 30-listed corporations.
