Dentons advises Emart in US acquisition

A cross-regional Dentons team led by Corporate partners Jeff Haidet and Kristen Beystehner, advised Emart, Korea’s largest retailer, in its acquisition of US food retailer Good Food Holdings, including retail brands Bristol Farms, Lazy Acres and Metropolitan Market, for US$275 million.
