DLA Piper advises LDC on disposal of Nexinto

27 Oct 2017

DLA Piper has advised LDC on the disposal of Nexinto Limited, a German-based provider of e-commerce hosting sourcing solutions. Nexinto was acquired by The PlusServer Group, a market leading managed cloud services provider in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, owned by BC Partners.

The deal creates a combined business with €140 million in revenues. Nexinto was originally part of Easynet Group and was spun-off in 2013 prior to LDC's exit from Easynet. LDC worked with the management team of Nexinto to support the company through its next stage of growth as an independent business. The transaction is subject to the approval of competition authorities.

The deal was signed within 3 weeks from start to finish of the negotiations with PlusServer, and represents a very positive outcome for LDC.

The DLA Piper deal team was led by UK Head of Private Equity, David Raff, who was supported by senior associate, Chris Arnold.

David Raff commented: "We are delighted to have acted for LDC. This deal demonstrates DLA Piper's ability to field a strong team to complete the deal in a very tight time frame".
