DLA Piper has advised Orrex Resources Limited on the reverse takeover of global tech start-up Nvoi Ltd.
Nvoi offers a globally scalable, world first cloud-based marketplace platform for candidates and hiring managers engaged in the on-site contingent workforce.
Australian resources company Orrex has acquired 100 per cent of Nvoi, and this transaction represents a significant change in the nature and scale of the company's current activities, which include gold exploration projects in Western Australia.
Orrex will divest its exploration investments and has changed its name to Nvoi Ltd.
The DLA Piper team was led by Corporate partner Mark Burger, with Corporate partner Marc Wilshaw, Tax partner James Newnham, Employment partner Brett Feltham and senior associate Dylan Burke.
