Eversheds Sutherland has advised Audley Group (Audley), the UK’s leading provider of luxury retirement villages, on its joint venture (JV) with Apache Capital Partners (Apache Capital), a London and Gulf-based private real estate investment management firm, to deliver a 13,750sqm, luxury high-end retirement village in London.
The scheme has a gross development value of £125m and is situated on Nightingale Lane, overlooking Clapham Common. Construction and development of the scheme is anticipated to commence by mid-2018, with completion expected in 2020.
