Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer is advising European private equity firm Cinven on its acquisition of Kurt Geiger, the leading footwear and accessories company and the largest retailer of luxury footwear in Europe, from Sycamore Partners.
The transaction is subject to customary approvals.
