Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) has advised the underwriters, led by China International Capital Corporation and CMB International Capital Limited, in respect of the listing of Hebei Construction Group Corporation Limited (‘Hebei Construction Group’) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Shares commenced trading on 15 December 2017.

Hebei Construction is China’s second-largest non-state owned construction contractor. It plans to use the proceeds of is IPO to fund existing construction contracting projects and fund its equity investment commitments under existing and future public-private partnership projects.
