The private equity fund FSN Capital IV acquires a majority stake in the IT company Netcompany A/S. Plesner assisted FSN Capital with the transaction.
The IT company Netcompany is one of Denmark's leading providers of business critical IT solutions and advice.

FSN Capital's investment in the company is to ensure continued growth and strengthen the company's position in Northern Europe. The founders of Netcompany and the existing management are also reinvesting in the company and will still have a large ownership interest.

The ambition for the next few years is to increase Netcompany's presence in the other North European countries, both through organic growth and acquisitions.

Since the company was founded in 1999 Netcompany has experienced growth of more than 20% annually and it currently employs more than 700 employees.
