Hogan Lovells has advised the founding partners of Ventiga Capital Partners LLP on the offer by Etib Holding II AB, indirectly jointly owned by Beckett SEC Limited and Amcon Invest ApS, for Nordic Service Partners Holding AB, by way of a recommended public cash offer to its shareholders and convertible noteholders.

Nordic Service Partners Holding AB is a Sweden-based listed company active within the fast food restaurant industry in the Nordic region.
