Homburger advised Apollo Global Management in the CHF 43.5 m capital increase of Airopack Technology Group AG

On July 7, 2016, Airopack Technology Group AG (ATG) successfully completed its capital increase in connection with the equity investment from the Apollo Funds (Apollo Funds) with net proceeds in the amount of approximately CHF 43.5 m. The strategic partnership of the Apollo Funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, LLC (Apollo) enables ATG to achieve its growth potential.

ATG is a SIX Swiss Exchange listed company and leading provider of innovative mechanical and pressure-controlled dispensing packaging technologies and systems. The company's customers include worldwide manufacturers and suppliers of cosmetics, Body care, pharmaceutical and food products. Apollo is a pre-eminent alternative investment manager with a track record of investment in industry-leading companies. In connection with the strategic partnership with the Apollo Funds, Q-Invest B.V., which will remain the principal shareholder of AGT, entered into a shareholders' agreement with the Apollo Funds. Homburger acted as Swiss counsel to Apollo.
