King & Wood Mallesons has advised In'Tech Medical on the acquisition of Turner Medical Inc.

Owned since September 2012 by TCR Capital, its managers and Arkéa, In'Tech Medical have acquired its US counterpart Turner Medical Inc. from its founder. This transaction was financed by equity and a bond issued by Tikehau IM.

Based in Rang-du-Fliers (France), In'Tech Medical Group is an industry leader in the development and manufacturing of surgical instruments for the Orthopaedic industry. With offices and production facilities in both Europe and the United States, the group employs 300 people.

TCR Capital is an independent private equity partnership, managing €300 million in capital and investing throughout France in market leading businesses with high-growth potential.

The King & Wood Mallesons team was composed of Corporate partner Pierre-Louis Sévegrand-Lions with associate Mathieu Terrisse ; Finance partner Olivier Vermeulen, with associates Marc Zérah and Margaux Baratte ; and Tax partner Raphaël Béra with associate David Levy.
