King & Wood Mallesons SJ Berwin advised ACE Management and IRDI (Institut Régional de Développement Industriel de Midi-Pyrénées) on the acquisition of a majority stake in Cassidian Test & Services group.

Previously owned by Airbus Group, Cassidian Test & Services, renamed Spherea Test & Services, specialises in the development, manufacturing and maintenance of test equipment. Headquartered in Toulouse (France) the group employs around 500 people in France, Germany and in the United Kingdom, and generated an annual turnover of €103 million in 2013.

The King & Wood Mallesons SJ Berwin team was composed of Corporate partners Christophe Digoy, Pierre-Louis Sévegrand-Lions and associate Chloé Vu Thien, with Finance partner Olivier Vermeulen and associate Tereza Courmont-Vlkova, as well as with Tax partner Fanny Combourieu and associate Sarah Mordoff.
