King & Wood Mallesons SJ Berwin advises Eurazeo PME on the senior banking financing of the acquisition of Colisée group

King & Wood Mallesons SJ Berwin advised Eurazeo PME on the senior banking financing of the acquisition of Colisée group and the establishment of external growth facilities for a total amount of €170 million.

At the end of the closing, the investment firm Eurazeo PME, a subsidiary of Eurazeo dedicated to majority investments in French SMEs, invested €70 million and became a majority shareholder in Colisée group, with a 64% equity stake alongside its founder Patrick Teycheney, and Christine Jeandel who will now act as Chairman of the group.

Colisée group is the fourth largest retirement home operator in France. The group manages 57 sites with more than 4,000 residents and generates a turnover of €152 million plus €38 million linked to its real estate activity.
