Kuoni Group (SIX: KUNN) announced on September 14, 2015 that it completed the sale of its European tour operating businesses to REWE-ZENTRALFINANZ eG (REWE). The sale included Kuoni's tour operators, specialists and travel agencies in Switzerland, United Kingdom, Scandinavia/Finland and Benelux.

The completion of the sale of the remaining tour operating businesses in India and Hong Kong/China is expected to be completed in the course of 2015. Upon the completion of these remaining transactions, Kuoni Group will have successfully implemented the exit from its global tour operating business that was publicly announced on January 14, 2015.
