Linklaters has advised the development company Skanska on the purchase of the remaining stake of shares in the company business.link sp. o.o. from the Academic Entrepreneurship Incubator (AIP) foundation which runs the largest network of coworking and private rental offices in Poland. Business Link manages 5 coworking spaces located in the Astoria office building in Warsaw and in buildings constructed by Skanska in Poznan (Maraton), Krakow (High5ive), Wroclaw (Green2Day) and Prague (Visionary). Thus far, Skanska owned a 40% interest in Business Link. Following this year's acquisition, Skanska became the sole shareholder of Business Link.

The Linklaters Warsaw transaction team was led by Klaudia Krolak, managing associate from the corporate practice and Michal Miecinski, counsel from the real estate practice. They were supported by Ewa Szmigielska, senior associate and Maciej Ficinski, junior associate from the corporate practice.
